BOARD Members

Jerry Rogers
Board President
An insurance broker, Jerry serves on the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Citizens Advisory and is a member of the High Ridge Rotary Club and the Northwest Chamber of Commerce. He is also a member of the local VFW and has served as the Post Commander. Appointed by Jefferson County Commission.

Kathryn Ellis, LCSW, BCD
Board Vice President
Kathryn is a psychotherapist in private practice. She is currently a member of the Huntington Trails Advisory Committee, a past member of the Washington University School of Social Work Alumni Board, and an outside advisor to the international service organization of a twelve-step support group.

John Lamping
Board Treasurer
John is a Vice President and Relationship Manager with Enterprise Bank & Trust (formerly Eagle Bank & Trust). John was born and raised in Jefferson County and remains active in a variety of civic organizations in the county. He is currently active in the Twin City Chamber of Commerce and the Festus/Crystal City Kiwanis Club. In addition, John serves on the boards of NextStep for Life and the Jefferson County YMCA.

Beth McDaniel
Board Secretary
Beth is a registered nurse with her MBA, who has a passion to ensure quality care is easy to access and afford. Beth is currently employed as the Director, Client Success with MDLIVE. She has background in emergency medicine, disease management, diabetes education, school nursing, and telehealth. Beth is a long-time resident of Jefferson County with a passion for volunteering, previously serving in positions with the Boy Scouts of America, Cub Scout Pack #405 and the Twin City Youth Football Program.

Audrey Mitchell, Ed. S.
Board Member
Audrey has an Ed.S in Educational Administration from Southeast Missouri State University. She retired as a school administrator from the Fox C-6 School District and was an adjunct professor for Missouri Baptist University. Additionally, Audrey currently serves as the secretary/treasurer for the Douglass Alumni Association and is a member of the Jefferson County Community Mental Health Board, appointed by the Jefferson County.

Cliff Lane
Board Member
Cliff is the owner of Lane Consolidated Services Inc. located in DeSoto, MO. He has served on Pony Bird's Board Of Directors since 1977. Cliff has also served on various other boards and commissions in Jefferson County over the years and has a deep rooted sense of commitment to the community.

Jane Sullivan
Board Member
Jane is retired from full-time teaching at Jefferson college after 27 years of service. She is Rotary Foundation Fellow and Board member and secretary of the Heart Transplant Association of St. Louis. She currently works for Mustard Seed Theatre, a professional theatre company housed at Fontbonne University. Jane is especially interested in A Safe Place, public relations and community education.

Kim Harvey-Manus
Board Member
Kim Harvey-Manus is the Vice President of Student Services at Jefferson College. She has worked in higher education for over 20 years, and is an advocate for ensuring individuals have access to higher education. Harvey-Manus has resided in Jefferson County since 2008, and is currently a member of the De Soto Chamber of Commerce.

Tammy Fulbright
Board Member
Tammy Fulbright is the Senior Director of Financial Planning and Treasury at Bi-State Development. She is a licensed Real Estate Broker and holds a Bachelor’s of Accounting and Business Administration and a Master’s of Business Administration from Missouri Baptist University. Fulbright is a longtime resident of Jefferson County and appointed by the Jefferson County Commission.

Mark Mertens
Board Member
Mark Mertens is a Financial Advisor and Partner at Big Sky Advisors, LLC. He is a former Presiding Commissioner of Jefferson County, MO and past President of the Board of COMTREA. He has a Master's of Healthcare Administration and Planning from Washington University. He currently serves as the chairman of the Friends of Safe Place Foundation Committee, which is trying to raise funds to expand A Safe Place, a home for abused women. He also serves as a Board Member on the Community Mental Health Board of Jefferson County and the E. Walter Haustette Foundation.

Martha Maxwell
Board Member
A retired Director of the Jefferson County Library Board, Martha's community and professional activities focus on life-long learning and community networks and development. Martha is a member of the Northwest Chamber of Commerce, the American Library Association, the Missouri Library Association, the Jefferson College Foundation Board, and the League of Women Voters. Martha is especially interested in Comtrea’s A Safe Place, public relations, and community education.

Steven D. Crawford, D.O.
Board Member
Dr. Crawford is a general practitioner who also serves as the physician for the Jefferson County Jail. He is also a member of the Community Mental Health Board and appointed by Jefferson County Commission.

Sylvia Daniels
Board Member
Sylvia has lived in Jefferson County since she was a child. She managed a dental office for twenty five years and has since retired. Sylvia was president of St. Vincent De Paul and was active in the non-profit organization as well as her church for over twenty years. Sylvia is a part of the project, Mary’s House of Hope after her daughter Mary was killed in 2010 by her estranged husband. She is passionate about ending the epidemic of domestic violence and works to educate and empower those in need.
