A PLACE WHERE YOU CAN LEARN AND GROW
COMTREA offers a wonderful intern program that is designed to give students supervised, practical experience within the profession. Students are able to integrate and synthesize theories and techniques learned in the classroom in a real work setting. We help develop personal qualities, characteristics, and behaviors of professionals, while promoting the transition from "trainee" to "professional practitioner." We contract with area schools to provide these services. Please check with your faculty advisers to ensure we have a contract in place with your school.
Our Behavioral Health division offers multiple services to both children and adults ranging from counseling to psychiatric services. We offer internships and/or practicums for counseling as well as social work.

Our Dental Care division offers services to both children and adults. We have multiple dental offices in the community and provide school-based care as well as a mobile MAP clinic. We offer internships for student dentists as well as for dental hygienists and dental assistants.

Our Primary Care division offers both adult and pediatric services to the Jefferson County community. We have three locations in the county, High Ridge, Hillsboro, and House Springs. We offer internships and/or preceptorships for nursing students and nurse practitioners.
