Sales

All sales are final. In the event of cancellation, it is at the discretion of the Fundraising Department to reschedule.

Media

Photography and film footage will be taken at events. You may request for your photo to be removed by contacting the Marketing Department.

Personal Data

Personal data is protected by the General Data Protection Regulation. We do not share or sell personal data to any external parties; personal data is only collected for event registration purposes and documentation. Personal data includes, but is not limited to, your name, age, mailing address, email address, phone number, photos, and payment information. You may request for your personal data to be removed by contacting the Fundraising Department. We may use your mailing address, email, and phone number to notify you of event updates and changes or to invite you to other COMTREA sponsored events. If you do not wish to be included in these notifications, please reply STOP to any emails or contact the Fundraising Department.
