A retired Director of the Jefferson County Library Board, Martha's community and professional activities focus on life-long learning, community networks, and community development. Martha is a member of the Northwest Chamber of Commerce, the American Library Association, the Missouri Library Association, the Jefferson College Foundation Board, and the League of Women Voters. Martha is especially interested in Comtrea’s A Safe Place, public relations, and community education. Appointed by Jefferson County Commission.

He is a former Presiding Commissioner of Jefferson County, and has a Master of Healthcare Administration and Planning from Washington University. Retired Chief Juvenile Officer for Jefferson County, Betty has been active in statewide committees relating to the Division of Family Services, Juvenile Justice, and has been a Comtrea board member since 1975.

Dr. Mindy Selsor has a Ph.d. in Higher Education Administration. She is the Dean of Arts & Science Education at Jefferson College. Dr. Selsor is active in the DeSoto Rotary, Jefferson College Alumni & Friends, and the Bill Bradley Scholarship Committee. She enjoys walking, hiking, and yoga.
